ZOOM AS A COLLABORATIVE TOOL 4 Zoom as a Collaborative Tool Introduction Serhan (2020), Zoom recorded a sales boom between COVID-19. If we were to talk about growth rate, Zoom, the video conference application app, has passed its name. The use of zoom was raised thirty times in April 2020 as COVID-19 enabled millions of people to work and interact remotely (Joia & Lorenzo 2021). Organizations have more than 300 million daily participants in video conferences in its growth, as paying customers have tripled. Strong acceptance has a potential impact on changing how an organization is organized. Stefanile (2020), Zoom is expected to sell up to $ 1.8 billion by 2020; almost double what he predicted in March 2020 in what Eric Yuan, chief executive officer, was quoted as “a great opportunity.” Zoom software or application is a collaboration tool that effectively improves interoperability when working remotely. Serhan (2020), Zoom supports flexibility for outstanding participants; team members can broadcast meetings and are specific in their use. Body Zoom supports the flexibility of prominent participants Zoom has a high level of functionality as remote and in-person teams can schedule meetings of significant participants in advance. It has a planning function, which is a great advantage. Zoom can host large online conferences suitable for a multi-participant organization. Not many services can compare with the maximum number of participants allowed in the Zoom Room (Joia & Lorenzo 2021). Zoom allows two or more people at different locations to interact with real-time video and video recording using hardware, software, and high-speed internet (Stefanile 2020). Participants can connect to the site of their choice using computers, cell phones, tablets, or any other gadget with wireless internet or a solid phone. Zoom saves time because it supports up to 50,000 participants in areas without travelling to participate in group meetings; therefore, it is expensive and time-consuming (Serhan 2020). Using zoom, team members can stream meetings Any conference meeting is not an easy task, and the most challenging part is making it easier for participants to join. However, Zoom has a great way to do it using Facebook, a popular online social media platform with over a billion active users (Joia & Lorenzo 2021). If almost all participants have active Facebook accounts, they can broadcast zoom meetings. Zoom allows participants to collaborate as they watch and comment on the organization’s live stream on Facebook (Stefanile 2020). Participants can share their screens directly at Zoom meetings on Facebook Live. Zoom is straightforward in its usage Zooms are very accurate for both hosts and participants due to their high interoperability. It is an ideal platform for even the youngest tech-savvy participants (Serhan 2020). One does not need technical skills to use it. Allows continuous communication through visible meetings as quickly as the conference hall experience. Conclusion Examples from the main body show that zoom supports the flexibility of prominent participants; team members can broadcast meetings and are specific in their use. Zoom software or application is a collaboration tool that effectively improves interoperability when working remotely. It is undeniable that zoom brings a conference video of democracy to co-created organizations, even when they operate remotely. References Joia, L. A., & Lorenzo, M. (2021).
