You are tasked with promoting the use of a personal health record for the diabetic patient population at next month’s local diabetic support group meeting at your hospital. Create a one-page infographic or flyer describing the personal health record’s purpose, use, benefits, and suggested contents. Next, explain how you will promote the PHR to help patients manage their health.
